Do you deliver across Pakistan?

Yes! We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, and more.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Major cities may receive orders sooner.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp to follow your delivery status.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

For hygiene reasons, beauty and skincare products cannot be returned once opened. All sale items are final sale.
